Since inception till date, Cbazaar has begun from a modest beginning and has managed to emerge as a trail blazer for Indian clothing.
Evolution - Just over a decade ago, 1998 to be precise, chennaibazaar.com started out as an online gift shop. As the idea suggests, customers were able to send gifts to their desired ones residing in Chennai. Gift items included apparels, flowers, cakes, chocolates etc. The success of this venture was often credited to the basic innovation and prompt delivery. To chennaibazaar.com, goes the credit of pioneering the first online e-store launched in 1999. The innovative idea of an online business was something unheard of then. The novel Chennaibazaar.com online store was so well managed that soon it expanded by leaps and bounds.
