The company’s sole focus is to nurture a unique concept named “MyPref” using cutting edge Internet and Mobile Technologies and conceptualize a whole new business model around it.
MyPref is a unique concept that strikes a chord with consumers’ urge to treasure & express their preferences with their social network; and with merchants with accurate, location-specific and deep consumer insights to understand shopping paradigm to strategize marketing for their businesses.
MyPref Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. is a privately held limited firm owned and operated by Abhishek Chhajlani and Manan Bhandari, recent college products in their early 20s. The company has already assembled a team of veterans and experienced professionals for the key operation areas to make this a successful business venture. As the initial target geography is the US, the company has also established MyPref Inc. in the US to be closer to the market.
It all started with observing consumer behavior in today’s marketplace which is flooded with too much information thrown via promotions, most of which is not of interest to the consumer. In contrast to that, we thought, what if you walk into an outlet and the client-service-agent there already knows what you wanted? Would be pretty neat…. Wouldn’t it?
MyPref is primarily a location-based Mobile application and an Internet website that looks at enhancing both the consumers’ and merchants’ (vendor) experience. The key elements as far as the consumer end of the application is concerned are searching, choosing, preferring, sharing and tracking a product on MyPref Internet website and Smartphones.
The key elements from the merchant’s point of view are keeping track of consumer preferences, riding on the qualitative data generated to strategize marketing for their businesses and also establishing relationships with other merchants (retailer-manufacturer).
